What we collect: the file you upload, its size & duration, the display name you optionally type, and the time of upload. A truncated IP address is kept briefly for abuse-prevention.

Who can see it: only the graduate and their guests via the shared gallery link.

How long it's kept: as long as the graduate keeps the graduation gallery. If they delete an upload or close the gallery, the file is scheduled for permanent deletion within 30 days.
